A fantastic weekend showing how we can adapt and be right at the front.  Various wins and pole position across the weekend.  Ultimately we were "removed" from both finals, but they had to if they wanted to beat us!

Rotax Italian Championship RD1

Cremona 6-8th March 2026

P2, and met a hero.  Well, raced his son fiercely for the win on Sunday!  A day of learning the setup on the kart with a much smaller fixed gearing.  Got it nearly perfect in the final, racing hard with Robin Raikkonen for the 10 laps.

Mixed weather throughout the weekend saw us a little out of position in quali, but some fast drives to recover

James secured the Championship of TVKC on total points by 33 points before bonus points were allocated to drivers who didnt miss a club round due to a clash with the British champs

Some issues finally identified & resolved.  Pace very strong all weekend, but with a bad quali due to a competitor breaking down on track, this hindered James a little in the heats.​

19th October 2025

 

​Back in Italy with Drake Motorsport.  A fantastic weekend, having never driven the track.  James narrowly missed Pole, and secured P3 in the final, beating the Italian Champion.

28-30th August

A tough weekend chasing an issue.  Ultimately smashed into in the final, resulting in a DNF.  A weekend to remember and forget for all the valid learning reasons

GP Kart Masters - 1-3rd August

Final - P29 > P6!!

 

The second GP which got away.  A weekend of issues meant James started P29 for the final.  Showed his pace with a recovery drive of the weekend, making 23 places and only 2 seconds off the eventual winner

Double duty in Iame & Rotax.  ​A great weekend being top of the table all weekend until the finals. Wet & Dry all weekend

​A great weekend of strong pace, finding the setup for the pre-final.  Rain hit the track before we went out, but dried.  Led all of the final apart from last sector, but learned some lessons which will help us improve

First look at Dunkeswell.  P2.

Wet and dry weekend.  We learned a lot about the kart setup in all weathers.  Great prep for the British championship round.

A frustrating weekend, with an unfair in-race penalty, a driver ripping our nassau panel off resulting in a DNF.

A emotional weekend with a big crash from our new team mate in the final.  Working well together as P1&2, pulling away from P3.  Great speed and an enjoyable weekend.

First time in minimax at the track.  A mixed weather weekend where we we fastest Friday testing in the grip, but come the mixed weather Saturday we had some good learning.  Great recovery drive Sunday to P3​

A mixed bag of luck and weather.  Great speed during the weekend and come a wet final on slicks, a big recovery drive up to p5, only to get hit off into a 360 spin into turn 1.  Recovered to p10.​​​

Orlando RMC Trophy - 31st - 2nd Feb

 

Winner!

Second week at the fantastic Orlando circuit.  Winning the main final of the event.  Went into the final day leading the championship, but fell short being involved in other peoples accidents.  Some days the luck is not on your side.

Orlando RMC Trophy - 24-26 Jan

 

Arriving to a new track as a guest in a new team.  We had a fantastic time and hit the ground running with a double pole.

​

The racing went well, leading the race, but ended up 3rd.  A disappointing finish but showed fantastic speed.

​

PFI Festive Cup - 30th Nov - 1st Dec

 

1st! 

Wet meeting.  Year on year cadet win at PFI Festive Cup.  Ending the year on a high.

​

Thanks to Aurum engines for this meeting in swapping our engines from Micro to Mini all year.

Roy Mortara Challenge - 23rd Nov

 

1st!  Having won this in comer, we really wanted to try and win in cadet/micro.  A bad quali and heat 1, had to recover in heat 2 and the final to get the win. A fantastic trophy, one we are proud to support and compete for annually.

2nd.  A great close weekend.  With being underweight in round 1 of the British championships, it was always a recovery championship.  P1 in the heats, P2 in the final race, pulling away by 8 seconds to 3rd place, James tried for 2 laps to pull a clean move for the win, but a strong / clean defence by his competitor to keep the win

WSK  Super Cup Franciacorta - 4/5/6/7/8 Sept 2024

 

First time racing in the GR3 OK feeder series.  Pace was amazing during the weekend, but we had a few issues over the weekend, and having a collision in the final meant we were lucky to finish.  Some great racing with new Kidix team mates, Green & Newsted

European Championship Lenato - 28/29/30/31 August

 

Back in Inter category for the European Championship.  P4 in quali, with some good results saw James finish P11 in the European Championship!  Very proud considering his age and experience in the class ( a big step up from the restricted versions raced in the UK)

In the tires turn 1 because of others unfortunately having a come together in front.  James went 8 seconds down, to recover back to p2, 0.02 from the win!  Setting 6 fastest laps during the race.  

European Championship Franciacorta - 3/4/5/6/7 July 2024

 

First time racing in Intermax, at a new track, with new competitors, with a new team, in europe.  LOVED IT.  James was fast from session one.  P4, P5 in the heats, with a p12 in the final as the rain came down.  First time on mojo wet in the final was a big learning session!

Highlights:

 

P1 in heat 2, P2 in the main final before being underweight due to sweating way too much! Lots of fastest laps.  Right up the front, not bad for one of the youngest on the grid.  We will never give up!
